Pan Cake

This was a surprisingly great breakfast. Quick and simple. My 5yr old kept saying yum, mommy, yum. The only thing I might change is lower the amount of cinnamon to 1/2 tsp. It is great hot or cold. 

My version ... It comes out fluffy but it sinks a bit but don't worry, it still taste awesome! 

My daughter loving it!
